Steps for 2025/2026 Registration Tryout

Below are the 3 steps necessary before tryouts! We look forward to seeing you there.

1. Complete the online JVA Participation and release of liability form (download below)

2. Complete the player information sheet by clicking here or use the paper form.

3. Bring a copy of all forms to the first tryout/placement as well as the current tryout/placement fee of $80 made payable to: Network Volleyball Club.
